Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days for full store credit or exchange.
Cash or Credit Card refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please retain your receipt and all packaging for returns.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Used equipment has a 30-day warranty.
We have an on site repair man who will fix any problems as promptly as possible. He is available at our retail location Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but you are welcome to check-in your camera any day of the week for him to service upon his arrival. Prices vary, and estimates are free once your camera is diagnosed.
Mail orders are welcome, and we are happy to ship out of state. Also check out our ebay store!
